4. Saintly Burger – Ultimate Vegan Burger
Saintly Burger are very proud about sourcing only the best local ingredients – which is especially true when it comes to their Ultimate Vegan Burger. As the name suggests, it's pretty much the ultimate vegan-combo of fresh veggies, spicy sauces and a plant-based patty. The organic tempeh patty is mildly spiced and cooked, before being sat on a bed of caramelised onion, rocket, lettuce, tomato and red onion. The whole thing is then backed up by a big spicy dollop of chilli aioli and tangy tomato chutney, before being served-up between a locally-made organic bread-bun.
