4 slow-cooked beef brisket dishes that will have your mouth watering in no time

Of all the meats, it is perhaps beef that we love the most. In fact, we'd go as far to say we have six of the world's best beef dishes in Melbourne, that's how much Australians love their beef. It's just so succulent, versatile and tasty that it's hard to say no to, especially when it comes in the form of brisket.

1. Deen Street BBQ's Meat Tray

Let's begin with one the meatiest restaurants in all of Perth, perhaps even in Australia: Deen Street BBQ. There are plenty of American restaurants in Perth, but this restaurant is so meat-crazy that they've even added a guideline that suggests how much meat one person should order! Still, Deen Street BBQ's Meat Tray is a clear favourite and is absolutely not for the faint of heart, as it is packed with beef brisket, pork ribs, pork fennel sausage, chopped beef and chilli beef. In fact, beef brisket appears in quite a few of Deen Street BBQ's dishes, including the Po-Boy, The Works Burger, the Beefeater Pizza and many more. If it's good enough for these meat experts, it's good enough for us.

2. Noodle Soup With Stewed Beef Brisket

Even the capital city of Australia has embraced brisket, with many Canberra eateries offering our favourite beefy treat. 2 Yummy BBQ Noodle House is just one of these, with several dishes Chinese-inspired beef brisket dishes appearing on their menu. One such dish is the Noodle Soup With Stewed Beef Brisket, which is also available as a dry noodle dish. Whichever you choose, you can pick from either thin or flat rice noodles, as well as egg noodles or vermicelli. Wontons and veggies are also included, so you can't go wrong. Other beef brisket dishes include the chef recommended Beef Brisket With Rice Noodles Hot Pot, Curry Beef Brisket and Chon Qing Hot Pepper Beef Brisket.

3. Beef Brisket Hot Pot

Of course, China isn't the only Asian country where beef brisket is added to a multitude of dishes. Malaysia and Thailand are just two other areas where beef brisket is hailed as a feature star. So, it's no surprise that Asian fusion restaurant Ipoh Town Malaysian & Thai in Gold Coast offers a delicious beef brisket hot pot, which is one of the Chef's recommended dishes. If that's a little too much for you they also offer beef brisket with rice, a simple yet filling dish, as well as beef brisket noodle soup. However, you order your beef brisket, you can guarantee it's been cooked to perfection using traditional Asian recipes.

4. Beef Brisket Burger

Also situated in Gold Coast, you'll find Bucking Bull – though the food here couldn't be more different from that of Ipoh Town. No, at Bucking Bull they deal in succulent, mouth-watering meats that are slow-cooked to ensure every mouthful is exquisite. Though there are a number of meats on offer, it is the Beef Brisket Burger that has won over so many customers and become incredibly popular. Slow-cooked and served with smoky BBQ sauce and slaw, we can definitely understand why. That said, if you're ordering from Bucking Bull for breakfast, we recommend the Beef Brisket & Egg Burger, as while it might not be the healthiest breakfast, it's probably the yummiest.
