How long will the campaign run for?

Deliveroo Australia's 5th Birthday campaign will run from Monday 26 October to Sunday 29 November 2020.

What do Deliveroo's 5th Birthday vouchers look like?

When a customer wins a voucher in Deliveroo's 5th Birthday prize draw, it will be sent to them by email in pdf format. To redeem their voucher at a participating restaurant, they will either show the pdf document on their phone or mobile device, or have a printed copy.

What should I do when a customer presents with a voucher?

When a customer presents a Deliveroo 5th Birthday voucher, you will need to take the following steps.

If you are on a desktop computer:

  1. Go to redeem.deliverooeatspinwin.com.au [available from Monday 26 Oct]
  2. Enter your Restaurant ID to log in
  3. Enter the prize code on the customer's voucher
  4. If valid, you'll see the voucher details!

If you are on a mobile phone:

  1. Open the camera on your phone
  2. Hold your phone over the QR code on the customer's voucher
  3. Enter your Restaurant ID to log in when prompted
  4. If valid, you'll see the voucher details!

How do I know if a voucher is valid?

If the customer's voucher is valid, it will be immediately accepted by our redemption portal and you will be provided with more information about the customer's prize.

If a voucher is not valid or has already been used, the redemption portal will let you know.

What should I do if a customer's voucher is not valid?

If the voucher is showing as invalid on the redemption portal and the voucher has not been previously used or is still in date, the customer will need to contact Deliveroo's Customer Support team through the Deliveroo app or at .

How long are vouchers valid for?

All vouchers are valid until 30 November 2021, and are valid on weekends and public holidays. The expiry date will be displayed on the voucher, and our redemption portal will show any expired vouchers as invalid.

Can I see how many vouchers have been redeemed at my restaurant?

Deliveroo will send a quarterly report to participating restaurants with information about how many vouchers have been redeemed.

How do I log into the redemption portal?

To log in to the redemption portal, you simply need to enter your Restaurant ID.

Where can I find my Restaurant ID?

You can find your Restaurant ID by clicking on the menu (☰) in your tablet. The name of your restaurant will appear at the top of the menu, with your Restaurant ID in brackets.

If you're using your own device to receive Deliveroo orders, go to 'Live Orders' and you can find your Restaurant ID under 'Settings'.
