What better way to start the second half of the year than with some tasty offers!
To celebrate International Fried Chicken Day on Saturday 6th July, we marked the occasion by partnering with restaurants to offer 20% off their menu and Deliveroo supported with a multi-channel campaign.
The campaign resulted in:
- +96% uplift in order volume for participating restaurants
- +173% uplift in customers that hadn't tried the restaurant before
- +36% uplift in average order value from 18.30 to 24.85 across the participating restaurants
Marketer has proved to be a great tool for increasing a restaurants customer base as customers are incentivised to try something new with less risk (due to lower price) and has proven an increase in average order value for restaurant when a minimum order value (MOV) is set.
We saw great support across social channels in particular instagram stories, so we appreciate the support and acknowledge the positive increase in sales that occur when both parties are communicating a unified message.
