Restaurants have an opportunity to help significantly reduce this waste. Sustainability Victoria has curated an amazing free program to assist hospitality businesses reduce waste and costs, and increase profits. Restaurants who sign up receive a three step program and participant kit.
The participant kit includes food waste trackers, action plan templates and several other tools and resources. The three step program is delivered to participants online, and assists in tracking your waste, identifying and taking action, and measuring your success.
